Will this calm down a Cat in heat ?

I wouldn't think so. This is meant to calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety and promote a healthy physical and neurological stress response--like keeping cortisol down, etc. When a cat's in heat it's hormonal issues at play making her seem "excited". This stuff won't do much to combat hormonal emotional issues. But spaying will.

Does it have any flavor? and if so please describe if you can.

NO it does not have flavors nor did it work. I got CBD oil for pets. It has worked better

how many doses in 0.7 fl oz ?

Honestly can’t tell you how many doses. It depends on how many drops you need to use to relax your dog. When it’s storming or fireworks I give my dog 4 drops. When she is having a seizure she gets 6 drops to bring her down.
