Will they arrive on time? Undamaged? In full working condition? As described?Normally I would buy something like a kitchen sink from a local plumbing supply house, but I needed this sink quickly and could get it much sooner and even cheaper via Amazon than via my local supplier. To speed things up I had the sink sent directly to the counter-top installer so he could attach the sink to the granite prior to installation.Imagine my dismay when the installer sent an email saying that the sink had arrived but had a dent. However, I contacted Amazon and arranged to have a second sink rushed to the installer along with a shipping label to return the dented sink.I don't know if the dent occurred at the manufacturer or during shipping, and I really don't care; all's well that ends well, and my kitchen counters (with shiny new undented sink) got installed on time.Thank you Amazon for such exceptional service.By the way, the sink looks and works fine but it does show scratches from sharp metal utensils. I finally reached the point of installing and hooking up in the sink last week and it is just amazing. It looks beautiful. I love the deep bowls and the flush clean look of the install. I could not be happier. It is a bit on the more expensive side but if you have the money it is well worth it. I lucked out and got it for a steep discount via amazon warehouse. The sink was in perfect condition but the box was damaged as per the listing since the box goes in the trash it was a no brainer. The underside side has a nice coating on it as well.
