Would this work well on caucasian hair too? I've read it "penetrates the hair shaft" well

It works on all hair types. It can be used as a hot oil treatment as well which does wonders. I normally use it once a week especially during winter season. I like to put it on overnight and wash it off in the morning. Hairs feel soft and adds shine to it. Hope this was the answer you were looking for :)

Yes, I have been using it. It REALLY worked for me. I'd been wearing extensions for way too long and needed to give my hair some air. I literally had bald patches and after rubbing this in nightly for a couple weeks, started to see growth. After a month there was a lot of growth. Now, you can't even tell there was ever a problem. Plus, this one smells really good.

Does the original one (just black castor oil, no lavender or rosemary) have a strong castor oil scent?

Yes, the original oil does have a strong scent. It’s a really robust, nutty fragrance. For me, it wasn’t unbearable.

Its a blend of different oils so its not 100 pure black castor oil its mostly just a show off in the name and wouldnt act the same as pure black castor oil
