Love the robo mop. It does everything it claims it will do. You can use a variety of cleaning solutions in it that are readily available. Our laminate floors were dirty. After using the robo mop we didn't realize how dirty they were. The App could be a little better. Take some time to fully understand the scheduling function. I have found that "tweaking" the mop in the app will make it even better. It's a great product.

Love this robot! I was on the fence about spending so much money. But my clean floors are worth it. Just know it does not come with two deodorizing cartridges as stated in the description. I called the company and they’re sending me another one. Great customer service!

This is my first experience with a robot vacuum, and I overall am happy with it barring a couple of quirks that it has presented. The overall unboxing and setup was easy. It also comes with a sample of mopping solution - enough for a single fill of the reservoir. Mapping out the house took way longer than I expected. I had to have the vacuum map out the house around 5 times in order to get a map that I was happy with. Out of those five times, on three of them, the vacuum decided not to go down the hallway which meant missing all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. However, since setting up the map, I have been happy with the ability to set up and name the rooms. The vacuum and mop works just fine. I enjoy the lines that the vacuum makes on carpet. The mopping works well enough, but it is not going to mop up stuck on messes. Sometimes it will also get lost when heading to a designated room. However, it has been a great help overall so I am pretty happy with it.

I bought this on October 14th and on December 20th --- it stopped mopping. It now gives me an error that states contact customer service. This is a thousand dollar vacuum that stopped working after 2 months. UNACCEPTABLE. I have spoken to customer service and I will be getting a replacement. However, for this much $ -- this SHOULD NOT be a common occurrence and from what I have researched..... SHARK "bit it" with this version and all it has are problems after problems.

This is my first time having a robot vacuum and mop, and let's just say I'm sold! This Shark vac is absolutely amazing and has kept my floors so spic and span. It came packaged well and intact, all extra parts were included. It was simple to set up and ready to go in no time. Its great quality, solid and durable, and love the modern, sleek design of it. Its easy to set up the app and I like that I can choose when and where it cleans the floors. I've been using it every day since getting it, and it has made a world of difference. Living out in the country, we track in dirt often and also having a dog and kids, the floors are constantly needing cleaning. This robot vac and mop has saved me so much time and energy, it does all the work for me. I may have to clean up a spot or two here and there, bit now my floors are always clean. It picks up everything from food, to first, to dog hair with ease, even in the corners and underneath furniture. The mopping works great too, it gets every spot and spill , and makes my floors look shiny and new. When its done, it goes back to its base in its own and self empties and cleans itself. Its truly amazing and I'm so happy I got it. For all the busy moms out there who just need a break with cleaning house, get you one of these, you won't regret it. Overall I'm super satisfied and would recommend it. I will never go without one now.

This Shark Mop vacuum is easy to set up especially if you already have a product in the app and is familiar with the app. If you do not have the app it is easy to get it started once you read the directions that are straight forward. The mopping feature is awesome especially if you have pets that shed. This is really helpful at moping it up and vacuuming it up all in one. It will leave the floor clean as long as there are not any hard stains on the floor. It seem like there has been improvement as this one has lasted longer than 30 days. It is a little loud to some of my household making them have to turn the tv up, but it is not too loud, it is loud like the other robot vacuums. You will have to do your corners and pick up all of the big pieces of trash up. I do think this vacuum is not worth the value as you still have to do self work to get your floors clean the right way, but for something quick or partial it is great.

This vacuum and mop combo has saved me so much time! It came very well packaged and the device itself is easy to put together. I will say when it came to setting up the app I did run into a little trouble, but realized it was because I have a z fold 6 and the app does not reformat for my device do to the larger screen so it kept getting stuck and would not let me set it up. So finally it dawned on me and I shrunk the screen size and from that point, the setup was a breeze. It will run through your home to identify different areas. In the app you can create cleaning schedules and specify specific areas for it to clean. If you want it to clean outside of the schedule it will do that too. I definitely recommend turning on notifications as it will let you know if the device gets stuck, if the water tanks need to be refilled or emptied, when the dust collector is full , among other scenarios, but it helps take the guess work out identifying what is happening. It came with a sample of cleaning solution so I was able to start using this right away. It has now been little over 2 months and it is still going strong. I do still occasionally manually mop as the mop does a great job of maintaining, but with 2 bigs dogs and an active child running around, sometimes a thorough touch up is needed. Now with 2 german shepherds in the household who shed like crazy, I do need to empty the dust bin more frequently, but it just gives me confidence that it is working well and picking up a large majority of the loose fur. You do need to keep up on emptying it as even if full and it is on a schedule it will continue to attempt to maintain that schedule, but without space to empty it may leave fur or dirt behind. I use this only on my first floor, but the battery has enough power to do all the mopping and vacuuming on one charge, with enough to spare incase there is a spill or I feel like an area needs additional attention. The odor technology is a nice touch, it helps prevent a smell. The robot may end up stuck at some point, in my house I have some metal furniture that happens to be the perfect size for it to get into and honestly like 85% of the time it is not an issue it is able to maneuver in and out with the never stuck technology, but when it does happen to get trapped, I do get a notification, so I can go rescue it and it can continue cleaning. The dock and vac/mop itself are pretty compact considering everything it does, and can fit in most spaces and is a sleek design, so it is not a total eyesore. The solution is reasonably priced and once you purchase a full sized one, it will last quite a bit. It does come with an extra mopping pad, so you can clean one while the other is in use. Overall this device has helped me maintain a cleaner home and has saved me so much time, plus coming down stair in the morning and seeing the fresh vacuum lines in the carpet is such a great sight and provides a fresh start to the day, it is well worth it!

I don't know how I lived without this thing, truly. I took me awhile to get around to unboxing and setting it up because I was truly intimidated by how many things it can do (to me, a ton of capabilities = a complicated setup.) But that is not the case here! When I say I HATE MOPPING..... boy, do I HATE mopping. Like, it's my least favorite chore to do. Having this gadget and being able to run it a couple times a week over the high traffic areas of our main floor that need love the most has been a total game changer. I think the reason I hate mopping so much is that I would put it off, dreading how hard it would be, but the reason it was hard is because I was not doing it very often. With two dogs, a cat and two kids, the floors need near-daily attention in my house. Being able to keep up with the floor care by having a literal robot do it for me has changed how I look at housework. This thing is amazing, truly.
