Remove pad from box, cut open poly bag, do not discard. Remove pad from backing. 2. The pad is self-adhesive. The pad will begin to lose adhesive qualities in approximately 30-60 days. Once this happens a new pad should be applied. 3. Apply the pad to the desired area of the chest while sleeping, or any time of day for an hour or more. 4. Make sure the chest area is thoroughly clean, dry and free of moisturizers, sunscreens,etc. Sweating at night may interfere with adhesion. 5. Remove the pad slowly in the morning in an upwards motion and store stuck to the poly bag. 6. Pads should be washed occasionally to remove exfoliated skin cells that may interfere with the adhesive quality of the pad. 7. Pads should be washed with an antibacterial soap that is free of moisturizers, emollients or oils. Allow pad to air dry in a clean location. Do not dry with a towel. Once dry, return to poly bag. 8. Do not use on sensitive, irritated, cut, scratched or burned skin. Do not use if there is a known sensitivity to silicone. Discontinue use if a rash or irritation occurs. 9. Well I finally tried it last night and this morning I have NO WRINKLES! Like literally none! My chest looks like it should at 32, not like I'm about to turn 50. I honestly don't care how much these cost, they actually work and that's enough for me. I can't comment on how long one pad will last because I've only wore it one night, but based on other reviews I will store it in a Tupperware container rather than putting the adhesive backing on it, to prolong its life. Has this happened to anyone and how do you avoid?** A: Hello Marlene, You need to wash the pads occasionally to remove exfoliated skin cells or other debris. Wash with a non-emollient soap, i.e. baby shampoo, Nutragenia facial wash. Do not be afraid toreally rub the pads to remove all of the debris. This does not hurt the adhesive quality of the pad but rather revives it. And try blow drying the pad instead of air drying. One of our customers does this and getsa lot more life out of the pad. Camille Calvet, CEO SilcSkin **Q: How often do you clean the pad?** A: after a couple of weeks but you have to use anti bac soap that does not have moisturizers. i have actually switched over the feather light brand, you get 2 for the price of one and I don't clean them, i just make sure to have my chest clean each night that i wear it. works just as well if not better so far. **Q: It says (packaging may vary). What does it mean? Is it generic brand?** A: NO these are not generic. That statement was put on Amazon quite some time ago when the manufacturer changed the look of the packaging. Some customers at that time received the old packaging until they sold out. Everything should be current now.
