I put this in my smoothie every single day. It's very easy to use, and goes with anything. There is a very mild taste, but I just add fruit and you don't even notice it! Blends well with frozen fruits and vegetables. I usually go through a bag in 2 weeks.

Flavor is tolerable.

I was low in several minerals. While it’s not a prescription, it has been surprisingly therapeutic my recent lab results show my deficiencies are improving. The formula is clean, high quality, and easy on the stomach. I like that it’s free of unnecessary additives which can be irritating for some people. 介護で母に飲ませています。 固形が口に出来ず、飲むしか出来ないなか 医療用や介護用にのドリンクは カロリーを基準に考えているからか 激甘で、母は全く飲まないため 試しに買って無調整豆乳で作って飲ませています。 味見をしましたが 後味は、苦いです。でも、飲めます。 後からでも水分を飲ませないと便が硬くなります。水分を補給すれば健康的な便がでます。

ドラックストアーなどで買えるグリーンスムージーやプロテイン、青汁を想像しているとかなり飲みにくい味だと思います。 私は甘さがないものを探していたので大満足でリピしてます。 アサイージュースや豆乳かアーモンドミルクで少し甘みのあるものと合わせて好みの甘さに調整しています。 もともと便秘ではありませんが、毎日飲むと翌朝スッキリして調子が良いです。 粒子が細かく小麦粉みたいに舞い上がることがあるので、初めて開封際には特に注意が必要です。
