If you have plantar faciitis you've probably looked at YouTube videos for exercises (if you haven't, start with Pat Stanziano's Therapy Thursday video, "Pat's 6/30" - life changing!). There are various things you can do, but rolling your foot on something like this tops the list. This Ryson Foot roller and the balls are well-made and very sturdy, reasonably priced, and do the trick. I use the roller throughout the day (keep it under my desk) and I do the exercises first thing in the morning so that I don't have to lurch across the room like Frankenstein in pain when I take those first few steps. Try it, you'll be very happy. Get two so you can keep one by your bed and one at your desk or recliner.

Ahhhhhh feels so good to roll away all my little aches and pain. I purchase a lot of massage devices and this set is well made, it doesn't have a plastic smell, and it has high quality wheels. It is a welcome addition to my collection. My LMT reccomends me to use the roller everyday, it even helps with posture! You have to get your feet and footing right to alleviate back problems! I have many different sizes and textures of balls for pressure and pain relief. These are on the firmer side. They also work to lay or sit on them to target the right muscle area. Or you could just roll them with your feet. Do it while watching tv for a week and you will notice a difference. I suffered greatly from plantar fasciitis a number of years back but as I learned these muscles need to be attended to to stay healthy. This set by Ryson meets and exceeds my expectations for a good price. Recommend.

While this product didn't do much to help my Planta Fasciitis, I certainly don't have a problem with it, the devices were as advertised and I used them. I preferred the roller, the spiky balls are on the hard side and I'm a tenderfoot but I did use them. Plantar Fasciitis is no fun, I picked up being too aggressive with the distance and pace of my runs. It took about a year to solve. What did fix my problem is when I randomly asked a Dr (a General Practitioner) about it while in for another purpose and he said, get a (Plantar Fasciitis) boot and sleep with it for 6 weeks. I ended up on the Braceability website and bought the "Padded 90 Degree Soft Nighttime Boot Splint". It looks like there are more options available now then when I purchased and Amazon may have similar items, I haven't checked. Sleeping with the brace for 6 weeks cured me and I still wonder holding the foot at a fairly level posture while sleeping accomplished what the roller devices and some trips to physical therapy didn't. These roller balls might just be the ticket for you, they are inexpensive and easy to use. If they don't work, there are other options to explore. Walking without pain (let alone running) is highly underrated,
