I was immediately impressed with this Dalstrong paring knife set! The packaging was amazing and really gave it a premium feel. Each knife came razor sharp right out of the box, ready to use, the knives are beautifuly made. I love that they each have their own blade protectors—such a thoughtful detail for both safety and storage. The handles feel solid and comfortable, the length of the blade and handles are excellent, perfect weight and the quality is clear in every detail. Well worth the cost, and I’ll definitely be looking into other high-quality knives from Dalstrong in the future.

I use them all.
Got a good deal and thought I would really just using the paring knife frequently. But as it turns out, each of the 3 blades comes in handy. The birds beak is great for fruits and jalapeños. The serrated is great for coring. Really good set and high quality materials and construction.

Impressed the chef in the house
A present for my partner who is a chef.. I am not and a knife is a knife or not as I’ve learnt! He loves these little knives and uses them daily. They went from oh maybe they’ll be great for home to not coming back from work. So I’d say they are a winner
