Pro Dough Pastry Scraper

This dough scraper works much better than the plastic one. I was using much better quality, cutting power and easy to work with.

Excellent Bench knife. Had one with a wood handle and non-stick coating. the non-stick was peeling off and the wood handle made it unable to be washed in dishwasher. This is perfect. the weight and heft shows that it will last. The markings make it perfect for dividing dough. I also use my bench scraper when I have cut vegetables up to move them into pots.

The durability is very good, nice and strong does not bend. The sharpness is good but would preffer a little more sharpness, as when cutting the pizza had to press a little harder than normal. Love how it has the measurements to see how much I am cutting. Washes off pretty easly without having to scrub to hard. Overall love using, will for sure be using it more often.

Great to have. I don't do pastry often but I do use this every week as a cutting board scrapper. Great to get cut prepped food off the cutting board without using and dulling the knife blade to do the same (which one should never do unless you like sharpening your knifes all the time :-).

Works very well as scraper / dough cutter. (The measuring scale does not extend to the edge of the blade. So if one was counting on using it as an exact guide to mark of divisions on the dough be aware that there will be some inaccuracy. This was not a big factor for me but factored into the rating of 4 stars instead of 5)

This is a solid tool. I am pleased that it is stainless steel.

Versatile- used for sourdough baking, as a spatula, and as a mini ruler. Easy to clean. Easy to hold. Cuts dough well but not sharp to the skin.

I have several kitchen scrapers, but this is the only one I use anymore, and I use it at least once a day. The large size makes it ideal for transferring vegetables after cutting, and it excels in baking applications, such as working with bread dough. The handle is comfortable and convenient. The blade is stiff and sharp, and it cleans easily.

Great addition to my sour dough baking equipment.

Great addition to the kitchen, super helpful for lifting the chopped items from the board. Have been using these for a while now and the quality is great as they wash well and there is no sign of rust. The edge is thin and sharp but haven’t used it for that purpose.
