Liquid Nitrogen is harmful because of the temperature required to keep it in liquid form. This bottle contains Nitogren Gas used as a propellant. The same nitrogen gas that makes up 78% of the air you breathe daily. This is just pressurized to help the can expel the water and make the mist more fine. **Q: can you first spray your with setting spyay then appply facial make then respray with facial setting spray?** A: It would probably work. I like to use Evian spray to add moisture and I don't use setting sprays.
