I've recently been getting eye twitching when using my Chromebook C720P but not when using my other computer. I decided to try replacing the screen since it seemed to have gotten dimmer over the years and see if that would help at all. I followed a YouTube tutorial by Screen Surgeons that explained everything really clearly. While it was definitely nerve-wracking to crack open a computer, replacing the screen wasn't as hard as I expected. I have it in and working now. This replacement screen does not include the touch screen part, but if your existing touch screen is working, you just leave that alone and install the new screen behind it (I believe the touch screen is just the thin plastic sheet on the outside of the screen) and it will still work when you snap it all back together.

Perfect fit for my Acer C720. Very easy to install and saved me a lot of money. I am so glad that I bought this. Recently, I dropped my Acer C720 a short distance onto a hardwood floor. As a result, it was booting to a white screen with a few vertical lines. It still worked with an external display. I contacted Acer to get it fixed, but it would have cost $129. I searched Amazon and found this replacement screen for under $40. I ordered it and had it delivered for free with my Prime account. It arrived promptly and fit perfectly. No dead pixels or anything negative. The repair was simple, I just followed instructions that I found on youtube. You just need standard tools to fix it. Really a good experience.

I had a matte style screen, and it was very flimsy. When I took it off the original laptop, it simply broke into pieces. When I replaced it with this one, it was a night and day situation. I love that the screen was all glass and very sturdy. The installation was very super easy, at least for me being an IT person. My small little laptop is alive!!! Thank you

Day 5 of school at home during quarantine somehow my daughter broke the screen in her chromebook. Did a little research and this was the quickest/lowest price screen I could get to replace it. Packaging of the screen could be better the metal tabs that mount the screen on each side were bent. There was only a loop of bubble wrap around the screen, top to bottom. That left the ends where the tabs are vulnerable to smashing against the end of the box. This was really not a big deal, because the tabs are very thin metal and I was able to straighten them quickly and easily. Screen looks to be equivalent quality to the original Samsung screen which had part number NT116WHM-N21
