Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic Weight Management Chicken Flavor Wet Dog Food, Veterinary Diet, 13 oz. Cans, 12-Pack

I have five dogs one is overweight, per the vet. She is a mix: mini dachshund, Basset and Retriever. She is built like a dachshund but the size of a corgi. Sweet and loving and likes to eat. When I switched her to this food from her regular canned Kirkland brand, she loved it. However. so did my two dobermans and two mini dachshunds! Everybody had to have a bite (or more). One of the dobies injured himself (pinched nerve) and could barely lift his head or open his mouth. I have him crushed up pills in beef or chicken stock in a syringe to get them down. That is also how we hydrated him with water. I rolled up small balls of this food and put them one at a time under his gowl and he would scoop in in with his tongue! I swear this stuff kept him going. Happily he has since recovered. And,the chubby mix is losing weight almost to her goal! If the food wasn't so expensive I would feed it to all five daily. GREAT DOG FOOD!!

All Hill's Diet food is great and I never had issues, they work. My dog liked it so is eating normaly and he lost weight.

I have no problems with my pup eating this healthy food. My vet introduced me to it a year ago, and I've purchased it ever since. My little furry friend loves it.

Product is great, but the delivery process results in many dented cans!! I suggest buying them at your vet.

Love this wet food. I combine it with the dry kibble from SD - and I've been very pleased. My dog loves it and it helps with his weight management.

We use the dry also. Used for weight loss and weight management. Our dog has done much better on this.
