I'm pleased to see that Gaspari lists the sources of the different supplements. Virtually none of the big name multivitamins you can find in stores do this. In particular, the B12 source (methylcobalamin) and chelated Albion products hint that they are using some very high-quality ingredients that your body can actually absorb. The inclusion of beta-alanine is also great for those who lift weights, even just occasionally (this ingredient is common in protein shakes). However, some people have a sensitivity to this so don't take it on an empty stomach or it may cause a temporary and harmless tingling. As with any supplement, you should buy one that fits your needs since everyone's diets and exercise regimens are different. It's not one-size-fits-all. Similarly, the full dosage of 3 tablets may not be necessary depending on what you eat throughout the day. I eat fairly healthy so I typically just take 1 or 2 per day. The label says you can take up to two 3-pill servings but that seems crazy. I can't recommend taking one after dinner either, since the high B-vitamin content tends to keep me awake. These don't appear to have iron which might be a good thing for some. Also worth mentioning is that the tablets are massive so these might not be for you if you're sensitive to swallowing large pills. Maybe you could break them in half or something. They also smell awful, so take them with something other than water to mask the smell. Overall I'd say it's a good buy. The price per pill is reasonable and Gaspari focuses on using high-quality vitamin sources and not unproven "fillers". Amazon's price is killer -- they beat the brick-and-mortar stores on this by about 50%!
