Many of these balance pads start at $70. Don't know if their quality is any better, but this one is just perfect. Bought it to use with a family member currently receiving home physical therapy. Once it ends, then we have our own pad to continue the balance activities which has really helped with her walking and being more steady on her feet without a walker. It is every bit as good as the expensive one the physical therapist uses. It also came with a carry bag, which is nice to have and large enough to store other items (like the gait belt).

Plain & simple tool to improve ankle stability. The case is extraneous, it takes as long to get in and out as it does to do the exercises, plus the string tore when it got snagged. Nice material, so far has held up, but I only use it about 3 minutes per day. Poster of exercises is nice to have as a reference.

I love the size... I bought several for cushions for my son.. He recently bought a walk in tub with water jets, air jets and a door that opens out... because he has no strength in his right arm and leg we had to find a way to get him in and out.... this cushion helps in many ways... He can sit on it in the tub so he doesn't slide ... We use it to add height to the transfer chair that we use along with a transfer slide board... It is complicated but these are firm and help us get him in and out of the tub... I am very happy with the five I bought

This is just what the doc ordered! I was in physical therapy for over a year for a torn meniscus & ligament. The therapist used a mat just like this by another brand for balance drills. In order to keep doing the exercises at home, I decided to purchase a mat. This is the same & just as nice if not nicer than the one at the therapist's office & it's less expensive. A plus! I like the exercise chart- many of them I learned with the therapist- & love the carry case! It's large enough that I can put my yoga mat & a few other exercise items in it for storage. If you're in the market for a balance pad, I'd go with this one.

A good balance pad, but it seems to tear easily. I love that it has texture and therefore isn't slippery if you are planking while sweaty during an intense workout, but mysteriously there are a couple of gashes in it. I've used it for about a month almost every day.

I love this balance pad. I am just getting finished with physical therapy,and this is one thing they introduced me to. To continue at home I purchased one for personal use. This pad is very firm, and it does test my muscles. this will certainly make them stronger and help me in balancing myself better.

My need is for a kneeling pad or for the car seat. This was the wrong material.I returned it.

Super thick, dense and sturdy. I have I use in the garden as a knee pad and one I use for working on my balance. It works for both perfectly 😊
