I tried going through the Amazon "if you have a product problem" channels, but it was frustrating and never lead me to the seller. I thought I'd just replace the clasp, but found no match. Finally, I remembered science. If you heat plastic, you can remold it. So, I quickly grabbed my heat gun and got to work. It didn't take long to remold and ta-da! It's fixed! If you don't have a heat gun, you could always boil it in water too like sports players do for their teeth guard. Anyway, it's a great tool belt, lightweight, and versatile. I bought the black on black toolbelt as well and it came perfect.
