Outstanding CCW holster for a Glock 43
Like a lot of folks I have a drawer full of holsters for various guns. Always looking for The One for each gun. This one works great for concealed carry for a Glock 43. Narrow with a small paddle that brings it in close with minimal printing. Snug fit for the pistol, but backing the retention screw almost all the way out still lets it "snick" when you holster the gun and drawing was no problem. Paddle with a belt threaded through makes it very secure. If you haven't used a paddle holster before, make sure you put the paddle inside your pants THEN thread the belt through the back of the holster.

Good holster, does not fully cover silde on G48
What I expected from Fobus. Very good holster. It is really made for a 43. Too short to completely cover a 48. It fits, just doesn't cover it. It's like puting a 17 in a holster made for a 19. It works, but wish they would make one that is really for the 48.

Don't Believe the Too Tight Reviews on the Fobus GL43ND Evolution Holster
This Fobus Paddle holster has an excellent fit for my Glock 43. The adjustable tension screw makes this product superb. The holster fits closer to the body than any OWB holster I have ever used. It is absolutely not too tight with the many tensions settings available with the adjustment screw. In fact you can set the tension anywhere from very light to snugger - whatever you want. I have been with Amazon so long that I rarely write reviews anymore - except when I run across such an excellent product. My old Fobus Paddle did not have a tension adjustment screw and it was very tight. This Fobus Evolution Paddle is perfect!

TIGHT !! but a easy fix
Another great Fobus holster, BUT as said before its WAY to tight, so I modded it by slitting the area under the screw and using a rubber tube around the screw like we do on our compition guns, that way you can adjust the draw exactly where you want it tension wise. I tighten it up till I can shake the heck out of it with the gun and it does not fall out, then a little tighter till it just starts to yank off your belt, and back it off from there. You can either locktite the screw or just leave it with the tension from the rubber hose (now a donut) Its near impossible to adjust if you do not slit it as shown as no matter what you do the "pivot" is to high. Anyway its great now and of course the paddle is great.

Not recommended for G48
I own several Fobus holsters and have always been satisfied with their construction and ability to securely hold my gun. This holster (GL-43 ND) fits the G43, G43x and the G48. The paddle is too small to support the G48. The picture shows the difference in paddle size when compared to a holster made for an M&P Shield (red rubber coating) which is a bit smaller than the G48. I doubt it will hold the G43 any more securely. Look for another option or wait until Fobus redesigns the holster.

fits glock 43 perfect
This holster fits glock 43 perfect. The paddle is comfortable. The retention is a little strong even with the screw adjustment. But it works well if wearing a belt.

I like the ergonomic design of their products
This is my second product from fobus and it will not be the last. I like the ergonomic design of their products. Secure, easy to put on and take off, and built rugged. At first I was skeptical of the whole paddle concept fearing it would not be secure enough. This is strictly off duty gear. Therefore, concealability is excellent. The weight is non existent and so damn comfortable. Which is important. Kudos to you fobus. 5 star.

Not a holster for EDC
I love Fobus holsters. I have several that I use for open carry of larger pistols. I have the G43 for deep concealment with a Vedders Light Tuck holster, and that combination works well. I bought this Fobus for competitions and range visits. In that context this is an acceptable holster. THIS PARTICULAR FOBUS HOLSTER IS NOT FOR EDC WHERE YOUR LIFE MIGHT DEPEND ON IT. My problem is not the retention of the gun in the holster as others have complained. The retention of the gun in the holster is about right. The problem is with the tension of the paddle to grab your belt through your pants. This is a very small holster and, therefore a small paddle. The small paddle bends too easily. About every 3rd time you draw the pistol, the entire holster comes out. Not cool if you need to access the trigger quickly.
