It's a cream but it's not as thick as most over-the-counter moisturizing creams and not runny like lotion. It has a nice, baby powdery type scent but not overpowering. The protectant factor of it leaves a slight oil- like feel on your skin. It spreads really easily and absorbs fairly quickly. I have really bad eczema on both hands and really sensitive skin but it doesn't irritate my hands like most lotions and moisturizing creams do. Unfortunately, I may not re-order it because it's not hydrating enough for my severely eczemic hands. Just to note, my eczema is severe enough to where there's cracks in my hands all the time and moisturizer only helps for a few hours, so it's just not a fit for me but I'm sure it'd be a fit for most.

This hand cream is wonderful. Rubs in like a dream. No residue. My skin looks and feels visibly different immediately after applying. And it smells great!
