Love this neck wrap. Aromatherapy and heat is excellent. Covers neck and shoulders well. Does a good job at retaining heat. Glad I purchased it. Gives me some relief for a herniated disc in my neck from trauma 35 years ago that's caught up to me.

It doesn't stay heated as long as you would think. The relaxation scent only lasted three days. It's works well as long as you keep it heated.

Ended up giving it to a friend because my microwave is too small for it. She loves it. She had neck surgery and this helps to ease some of the pain. Very sturdy, and a design is perfect as it goes down the back of your shoulders and neck
