Iāve found these enzymes based od recommendation from John Green,MD at his free e-book that can be easily searched online. This MD is one of them, who truly helps children to heal them from autism. It is a must for anybody who struggles with poor digestion! It changed my childās health completely together with change of diet of course (GF, DF, SF, no junk/proccesed food). Almost all autistic children struggles with poor digestion, and have gallbladder issues with digestion of fats. Enzymes are basically tasteless, easily dissolving in water, works great, high quality. I cannot express how deeply I am great full for such product for kids! Thank you TriEnza, and thank you doctor Green.

Love these enzymes! I heard about them on a podcast so we syarted them. We use them for two reasons... 1. Breastfeeding a baby with suspected cow's milk protein allergy. (I take them when I consume dairy). The doctors suspect our kiddos have the sensitivity (many do and outgrow it around a year). When mom consumes dairy, it can affect the baby. They may even bleed like our son. With him, I cut out all dairy (which is nearly impossible as it is hidden everywhere) - I got really sick from the diet. And couldnt even keep it up 100% These enzymes were what I opted for with baby #2. I started right after birth. She has had no bleeding. There are a few studies that mention the use of enzymes with milk protein sensitivity and breastfeeding - promising stuff but the sample sizes were small. Wish there were more studies. But my own experience with these has been positive. Dr. Houston also has a lot of info on his website. 2. Toddler son diagnosed with autism - so instead of strict no dairy no soy no gluten diet... We do these with meals or snacks that contain those ingredients. We have stopped a few times or just ran out... And even our therapist noticed our son's increased behaviors! We could never be totally sure what correlates... But in our experience these enzymes are a great alternative for people not ready or wanting to do the whole diet. Son takes the chewable fine now... But we used to have to tuck them into a vit c gummy.

I wanted to post this as a warning to others rather than as a rating. This stuff made me vomit for a few hours. Their website warns you not to take it if you have certain allergic reactions, so I'm guessing that's what it was for me. I'm sure it's fine for most people, but I didn't use it long enough to know if it works, so I'm giving it 5 stars. I've had this reaction before with Lactaid Fast Act, but not with other enzyme blends, so I decided to risk it. I started with less than a quarter of a pill per meal to be safe, then ramped it up. I started to have pain all throughout my gut, but I wasn't sure if it was the pills or some other things going on at that time (stress, Aleve). I stopped taking it for a week, felt better, then tried one pill with breakfast. A few hours later (it always takes a while with Lactaid too) I started to throw up. That lasted about 2 hours. For the rest of the day I just had some pain, but was mostly ok. I also had that same pain in my gut the next 2 days. So I just want to say that if you've had a problem with Lactaid, you might have the same problem with this. Or if you're taking this and feeling pain throughout your gut, you might want to stop.
