Keeps most of the beach sand out. Stickum on velceo sticks for a while but figure you’ll have to super glue or other for reattachment.

We’ll see how the 3m hangs on to this Rustler, but if you take your time cutting the Velcro to the angles of the body you’ll be much happier with the end result.The product looks great and exactly how it shows in the image, and I installed it in about 20 min. Only suggestion with this is to keep some extra Velcro sticks around in case it cuts loose; it also may trap heat, so make sure you get yourself a fan setup.Otherwise, this is a great way to keep those internals clean.

Strings come off on the sides, adhesive it comes with is weak, used shoe goo to fix it. Seems to trap heat pretty heavy, would suggest an extra fan to help blow the heat out if running this in hot weather.

Not a perfect fit for the 4x4 Rustler but pretty close. The zippers are light weight and require care when unzipping. So far this thing has kept out dust, rocks, weeds, foxtails and cut grass. Without the cover I was picking up more dirt than TMZ. As stated, not a perfect fit. Cleaning your chassis with acetone or rubbing alcohol before applying the Velcro tape should create a clean bond. Have fun!

No more rocks getting into my fans or scratching drive shaft. Keeps heat in a bit but with fans I've been just fine in 85°

My son used this on his RC and at the beach and it kept the sand out!
