Ok - don't run off yet when I say I only received this yesterday morning. Very quick delivery! But first of all - after hearing all the reviews about the taste ? honestly you really have to concentrate to locate the taste. I have been putting small teasoons in my teas, and I thought - yeah alright, watch this go down the sink - but no, no problem on taste. I saw someone mention headache - ok. I've had it twice in porridge where I used more. first time half scoop, second time full scoop, and yes - very very slight heady feeling after large scoop. So you either have to adjust, or dont go mad too soon like I did last time. As when I was putting it my tea yeaterday - nothing, no heady, and I mean so slight. Not a headache ever. Just something. Also - I'm going to double check this out to make sure, but I 'think' my complexion looks a little more alive. But it has been aprrox just under 2 days. So I have to make sure it's not a placebo affect / wishful thinking. I will definately come back and review after a month. And it will be honest. I have took photos but only for my personal judgement. If I see anything before thats a big difference either good or bad, I will come back and report it. x Update 24/02/2020 So I have come to the conclusion, I am better with this in the morning. Today I have put it in water this morning. No heady feeling, and I've been quite active today. Unusually active, since I've been in slow mode for weeks. I've also made a face mask with it on pads and let soak into my face. Can't say anything brilliant happened on that score, but am going to do it again later today. Not sure if hands have less brown spots on, as I have been doing other things to hands also, so again not sure if can put it down to this. But stopped other regime for hands and will see. Will also check my neck and chest on this too. Will follow up in a week or 2.

Was my first time trying this product and I must say I have no regrets. I bought it as it was recommended by a friend and I have enjoyed the positive effects it has had on my skin as well as the pain relief it offers. It is great as it is dissolves easily in water but the taste may be a drawback, but I can;t complain as I didn't buy it for the taste.

UPDATE : I'm on my 3rd tub now, i can't pinpoint what this has done for my face but i definitely look more fresh faced and my skin appears more plump (combined with a good skincare routine). I have received compliments on how glossy my hair looks and i have noticed this as well. Since moving to the UK, hard water and change of diet (I'm from Singapore and collagen is a big part of our usual diet) my hair has suffered and gone dull and dry, almost like grass. This is the first time in a long time it has looked the way it did before, soft, smooth and shiny. I had switched to a saloon grade shampoo and conditioner + occasional clarifying shampoo a few months before i started on collagen so i know that while they did help a little, it was the collagen that brought my hair back to life. -------------------------------------- I have tried other collagen powder in the past and had such bad experiences (bad tummy aches, white runny poop, etc etc) and frankly had PTSD and was afraid it try again. Husband bought me my first tub and convinced me to give it a go. I seen many mix it with coffee, personally I found it altered the taste of my coffee and went with hot chocolate instead, which worked a treat. I take one scoop in the morning and one at night. I’m now 3 weeks in, no side effects, not even a tummy ache and husband says i look more fresh faced. Will continue to take 2 scoops a day and hopefully see more obvious changes.

Best in the market - dissolves fast & tasteless in coffee

Something was very off. It’s usually quite pleasant - giving my tea a nice malty taste. This tub had a smell of very, very bad milk. Which also was how it tasted. I persevered and it bloated and upset my stomach within minutes, which has never happened before. Tried it again this morning and the same again. Have thrown it away & received a refund through Amazon customer service. I’ve seen reviews on Trustpilot from late November (this tub arrived last week) saying similar, so am guessing maybe this is a bad batch? Previously, performance wise, have found it to be good - not the miracle worker I had hoped for regarding my joint aches and pains but definitely some improvement after three months of taking two scoops a day, and enough of an improvement that I’m happy to persevere with it. I have CFS & fibromyalgia and get severe burning pain in my thighs and fingers. My legs are a lot less painful, I’m definitely moving better and the pain isn’t waking me up as often, no change with my fingers as of yet. But did noticed a big improvement with my facial skin looking smoother and my cheeks feeling and looking fleshier (in a good way!). Wish it was less pricey.

Excellent! The first time I had it I could feel a great difference immediately e.g like after brushing your teeth with toothpaste you feel refreshed in your mouth and feel good. This is like the toothpaste for the body literally. I have been struggling to get my pelvic muscles strong again after an operation I had a year ago. I keep straining myself but God has helped me this far and now Vital Collagen. After two weeks I felt a small difference and after only a month a huge difference already. I ran out while travelling and skipped a week and was in a lot of pain. I ordered more and after a week again feeling so good. I want to kiss the person who started the company selling this as I tried another collagen from a different company a month (was way more expensive) ago and it made me ill for a few days as another reviewer also reported. So please guys give this a try it's the best and I am afraid to try any other company. It's not about money but quality and am happy for the price as I am not back working yet but because of Vital Collagen I will be working again soon. Thank you. XX
