Digestion GB 180 Caps

As far as helping with digestion, these worked great. But I did seem to keep a slight headache after starting them. After taking them for about 2 to 3 weeks, I started experiencing ovarian discomfort, and I am post menopause. I think it may have been because of the taurine affecting my estrogen levels. I decreased my dose to one with every meal, and I am waiting to see if that will work for me.

Does what product is made for very good product but try to eat your last meal before 5 pm to give the body time to digest food before bed time and also try to eat your first meal early in the morning and I won't exceed over 3 servings a day 6 pills a day which is two servings a day is at least enough for me. Because it's still digesting food while you're sleeping. Other than that I'm having more energy slowly but surely and also getting back to my normal self again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love this product so far so good.

I started to take these after a year of no digestive enzymes with my food because I thought it would help me absorb my fatty vitamins. I have rarely had pain eating whatever i want such as icecream, fried chicken , etc with no gallbladder. Well in this week that I have been consistently taking them with every fatty meal such as ground turkey tacos, avocado toast, etc, I get stomach aches whereas previously I would not. So maybe it works but the stomach ache sucks. Also, I have a headache but not sure if it's related? possibly though because I haven't had a headache in a year.

This product works extremely well. I find it works best if I take two capsules a few minutes after I start eating a meal. If I take the capsules before the meal, it seems like they dissolve too quickly and I get a bit of stomach upset from it. But waiting until after I'm into the meal seems to work well. It's interesting how the combination of ingredients works. Often when I take the capsules, after the meal I start to feel a bit of euphoria, then an extremely relaxed almost sleepy state, then as the digestion kicks into gear things seem to return to normal. Sometimes I take a third capsule after the meal, almost like I am craving an extra capsule. I'm going to try the GB-3 from Endomet as well to see how that compares.

Before I started taking this formula I was taking the regular formula during which I was still having pains in my gallbladder area. I don't know what the difference between the formulas is, but I don't have to deal with the stabbing pain in my upper right abdomen anymore. Most of the time I don't forget to take my doses, but if I do get in a rush and forget to take a dose I have problems with heartburn. I would defiantly recommend this product for those whom have digestion problems like heartburn or slow moving digestion. I have a lack of enzymes due to chronic dry mouth so I need all the help I can get and these enzymes help me like none other.
