This is a nice product. I wonder if the rush you get from wine comes partially from resveratrol. That may be why other resveratrol products cause jitters in some users. But this product is a nice low dose and no jitters. I assume it's helpful for my heart, but the research is still out on that. Otherwise, I've read that while grape seed has a lot of antioxidants, there still is not a lot of research that has been done on whether your body absorbs antioxidants from grape seed well or not. I tried grape seed previously and felt no effect, so I discontinued it. Pomegranate, on the other hand, has had a lot of research on it. It is one of the oldest nutritional sources and has the most antioxidants of any fruit. It has also been shown to plump up and give flexibility to blood vessels, from what I've read. If I were Natra I would keep the resveratrol, but replace the grape seed extract with pomegranate extract. Otherwise this appears to be a fine supplement, though hard to gauge it's direct affect on my health, but I'll use it for a few months and see where things stand at that time.

I saw the Sixty Minutes segment discussing Resveratrol benefits and was quite impressed with the reported potential to provide better health and longevity. It's well worth the money to give it a try.

While i did not see any weight loss the energy level it provided was fanrastic without interfering with my ability to fall asleep.

no problems taking this supplement or adverse effects noted, not sure if direct effect because I also have made some mild diet changes, but I have started to lose some weight (first time in 5 years after multiple failed attempts).studies are conflicting regarding how resveratrol affects SIRT1 expression and resultd in a reversed expression of detrimental adipokines associated with metabolic complications, but it seems to be worth a try.this product does not seem to have any negative consequence in me to date...

The manufacturer of this product seems to really be concerned with fostering a positive experience with their customers. Seems like a genuine interest and that gives me a positive vibe. That said I take supplements as insurance policies I really don't expect to see results until I can look at my peers when I'm in my 70s and measure how how active I am. Maybe it will add a few more months of quality of living? Who knows because the research in not absolute. It's not like all of a sudden after starting this produce I had so much energy I decided to run a marathon -- not sure if people's expectations are in line with reality when they search for supplements. Sorry if this sounds like a wet blanket review but take Resveratrol as a supplement with idea you might be doing something good for your body over time -- I personally don't expect immediate results. If nothing else I've taken other brands prior to this brand and I don't feel worse!I like the fact this product uses Resveratrol doses that are not obscene. I tend to have blueberries as well to help supplement my Resveratrol from a whole food source -- which is ideal I really like it is affordable per dose!PS I am pharmacist and I know independent labs can verify content labeled versus actual content and an excellent resource is Consumerlab.com -- unfortunately it is no longer a free service (or website) -- and, as of the date of this review, they have not actually analyzed this exact product yet.
