Dreamline makes an EXCELLENT product at a very fair price. Time between placing and receiving the door is reasonable. BIG ADVANTAGE OF ORDERING FROM AMAZON: delivery to our door. My door was effortlessly(for me) placed in a location, of my choice, in my garage. I don't have a pickup truck and didn't need to rent one (adding to completed project price) AND I saved the effort of loading and unloading the bulky and heavy package.I've installed 4 Dreamline doors. Directions are thorough. CAREFULLY read and understand before you begin cutting.Dreamline customer help is terrific - easily accessible, knowledgeable, patient staff. Don't be afraid to ask "dumb" questions. There are no dumb questions.Make sure you understand directions for cutting top and bottom "rails" (if your door requires these parts).WHEN I CALLED FOR A CLARIFICATION (the patient, knowledgeable tech) explained how to determine CRUCIALLY CORRECT length.IN THE COURSE OF EXPLAINING HOW TO CORRECTLY MEASURE AND CUT THESE ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS, HE STATED THAT THE DIRECTIOND IN THE MANUAL ARE incorrect.HUGE NOTE TO SELF - read, reread directions . Seek clarification if direction is unclear or confusing.DESPITE THIS COMMENT- Dreamline products are excellent, good looking and worth the price.

Arrived at designated time in perfect condition. First time to install this type shower door. The directions are easy enough to aid in the installation. Working alone it took six hours. The doors are very heavy. Got help moving them place. An advanced handyman should be able to do the installation. If you aren't comfortable handling and lifting very heavy glass doors, let a pro do it.

The shower door was fine until I tried adjusting the door which was having difficulty rolling. When lifting the door to adjust it on the track, it shattered into a thousand pieces.

Super nice doors at an affordable price! My husband installed these. The installation was a little tricky because if you follow the instructions the frame fits crazy tight in the opening. Also, you have to put the entire frame together before putting it in. My hubby had to take it apart many times to do small adjustments. I still give it 5 stars because it is beautiful in our bathroom and very solid.

This door is solid. It's significantly better quality than the old one I used to have in my bathroom made out to some kind of plastic.Beware that this thing is heavy. I was able to install it by myself, but a couple of times I wished I had someone helping me.Overall I recommend this door.Also, the delivery guys not only came on time but they also brought the door inside my house and took it to the second floor where I installed. Those delivery people rock !! Thanks a bunch.Note that I have not finished installing the handles yet on the picture

First impression is POOR. Extrusions are poor quality, screws are poor quality, holes do not line up. They suggest you use soap to keep from stripping screws, which is BS, but I tried it, the quality is poor. Support? Good luck, bankers-hours. I am very disappointed so far, will update later, what a waste of my time!

It's not a bad shower door. Glass is nice and heavy. Rollers are solid and guides keep the doors firmly in place. Door handles are of a nice, contemporary design. Install instructions were clear. Packed very nicely. However, I did not notice the deep scratches on both doors until I carried them in and hung them. I was very careful in handling them as I assembled the rollers and handles. (Wondering if I purchased a blemished and thus discounted item now.) I am just ignoring the scratches as I don't want to de-install everything and try to ship it back. (Very heavy) It was delivered by a trucking company to my address. Overall, though, it looks nice and rolls nice. The bottom sill /track with the door guides sticks up about 1.5" so you have to be very deliberate about stepping over it as you get into the shower - otherwise, you are going to scrape your toes getting in or out. Aside from the scratched glass, it's a nice unit and I would buy it again. (I used Rain-X on the doors to keep water spotting to a minimum and bought a good squeegee too. They are easy to wipe down after a shower.)

***UPDATE 1/4/2021***Shower door still working great. I have since moved on from my house, and have been renting it out to friends. Excellent quality. I will be remodeling bathrooms in my new house and plan on purchasing DreamLine products again.***UPDATE 4/12/2017***Just passed my 1 year bathroom remodel anniversary. Still holding up great, it still looks beautiful. Very happy with this purchase. In fact, so happy, that I just finished my downstairs bathroom remodel and used another DreamLine door!***INITIAL REVIEW***I just remodeled my bathroom and had to go for a sliding door based on how I was setting up the space. This door seems to be of great quality, especially for the price. I can update this post in a year if something goes wrong, but it looks very sturdy
