It's a vitamin. Small tablets. Easy to swallow. Not really much else to know.

I wish that these tablets were available in U.S. Costco warehouses - they only sell gel caps here, not the tablets. I was pleased to find this Kirkland product sold on Amazon.

The pill is tinny round, very easy to swallow. Hope it work too. Not yet feel anything.
