works as described. all pieces were in the box and fit and finish and build quality was good, all fabric was smooth and seemed strong, nothing flimsy or frayed. all metal parts were polished and smooth, no burrs or sharp edges noted. all moving parts worked smoothly with no issues. the only issue that i have with this product is that to make it work for a lat pull type exercise, you need high ceiling for full range of motion or a high hook or bar to attach it to. ceilings in my garage are probably 9 feet and i have a bar bolted to the ceiling to attach it to. i have to sit on the floor to do a lat pull which works but sitting on a stool or bench might be better. same with tricep pushdown. otherwise, its good equipment at a very affordable price and works as described. does it take the place of a tower? no. but something you can use at home that won't break the bank, which you can store easily is to me, worth it. just know to get the best use out of it you will need high point to attach it to.

I grew very tired of not being able to do my complete workout during the quarantine and once it was over with I went flying back into my lifts. I have recently realized that I needed to start acquiring gym equipment so that I can continue to workout even when I can’t get to the gym due to circumstances. This works out great for my needs. I have it connected to my pull up bar and can do whatever I want to do in my basement.

I purchased this set mainly for the wide pull-down bar and extra weight holder, but I have ended up using most of the pieces. I am super happy with the quality and smooth function of the pulleys and think this kit was a great value. I do with the tricep pull rope had ends that were larger around though. My wife has smaller hands and the size of the ball end is just a bit too small so that when she uses it for overhead tricep extensions she smashes her fingers. If the base were bigger around, she could get her palm edges to push and her fingers wouldn't hurt. The size issue brings the review down to a 4-star, but I would repurchase this kit and heartily recommend it to others.

I needed a pulley system for my home gym but I was hesitant to buy not knowing if the equipment was good or not but this unit is excellent! Very easy to install and works great. You can do multiple exercises and if you have free weights you can complete a full workout. I suggest buying a heavy duty ceiling hook to hang the unit from and screw it into a beam in the ceiling. No issues yet!

This is fantastic! It is so easy to use and can perform a variety of functions that include Lat pulldowns, behind the necks, one armed rows, curls, tricep extensions, etc. It is so good that I am buying another so I can perform double one arm rows and other exercises with them. Do yourself a favor and if you're stuck without a gym in the age of Covid, add this to home regiment, you'll be glad you did! :-))

I use all these parts in my home gym. I bought this package because it had everything I needed to start working out NOW. The cost was great.

Great and versatile set up. Is a bit cumbersome to change what your working out on. Cable is also a little short for my needs. I hung it from the ceiling in a garage.
