I have a family member that hasn't had a computer in years. I thought I'd buy her this to keep her entertained. It arrived in a very secure box that looked perfect and as new/although it is a referb. Upon opening everything was perfect! If there were any "issues" cosmetically we sure did not see them. Everything seemed to be as new and perfect! Very professionally packaged. I bought this because EVERYONE uses "Chrome" and it is self updating. It arrived, we set it up. have a "mac" and I was unsure of the speed and quality of this machine. After set up/which wasn't hard/I tested this computer and was amazed at the screen quality and sound. I opened several tabs while playing an online movie and everything worked perfectly! This has very limited memory and RAM. However My cousin uses this for surfing the web,watching movies,facebook,ect...and everything works flawlessly! She doesn't use this for editing photo's or storing pictures, so the size of the memory does not affect her. If you are looking to get online and browse, have fun, watch online movies, this is perfect! The 90 day return warranty backed by Amazon is what sold me, and the overall impression of this laptop is what made me leave this review. As I read others reviews/as I am writing this/of the "mouse-track pad issue- for a few bucks you can add a wireless mouse. The overall quality of this is awesome!!

Excellent buy for my mother in law who only searches the internet.

This is my second Chromebook My previous was cellular connect but sadly die on me and couldn’t find another one. But this is perfect for me not only is super fast the both time is on seconds only the performance is great I do everything on this, light weight and easy to carry is excellent to take on the road And the battery life is good several hours before die No touch scream on this model but I don’t feel the need to use that option. The trackpad is very response and the screen definition full HD is great Overall I do recommend this product for catching up with your favorites website movies Netflix etc Almost forgot I got this one for the game play steam and I wasn’t disappointed it handles well those games Sadly the steam service is going to be shut down next year but nevertheless it performs as advertised.

I am extremely disappointed with the Chromebook (HP Chromebook 14a-na0031wm) I received. This product was advertised as reliable, but the reality is the opposite. The touchscreen is defective and causes random touches, making the laptop almost unusable. The build quality is very poor — cables and components inside are fragile and not well assembled. The product does not meet the expectations set in the description and feels misleading. For the price, this is unacceptable. I expected a functional, durable Chromebook, not a machine that creates more problems than solutions. This was a waste of money and time. I strongly request a full refund or replacement immediately. If not resolved, I will escalate this case with Amazon and leave a detailed negative review to warn other buyer

OMG my old chromebook died! I realized that I use it WAY more than my desktop computer - read that as ALL DAY LONG! I use it for work, for contacting friends, for using recipes when I cook, for literally everything! So when it bit the dust, I was in a panic as to what to do. Along came this HP which is almost identical to my old one. I LOVE it. The price was right, comes with the charging cable, lasts a long time with a full charge. It does not have a touch screen which is OK with me, and best of all, if I ever have to replace it, all my info is already stored in Chrome, and I can just pick up where I left off. LOVE it to pieces! Great product, would absolutely endorse it for sure.

The right speaker rattles when playing audio, like it ripped or broken

Llegó muy bien empaquetada por sus características es un Chromebook muy bien optimizado, además de que estéticamente es muy bonito, elegante y súper delgado, en la descripción indica trae un procesador Celeron pero revisándola tiene un pentium N5030 de 4 núcleos y con sus 4gb de ram funciona perfectamente para ofimática, multimedia, videojuegos, etc, puedes editar tus documentos en Googledocs u office lo único es que en la descripción dice con teclado Retroiluminado y no es asi, tiene wifi 5 y 2.4, Bluetooth, el teclado viene sin la ñ pero no es problema solo usas Alt+n en teclado us extendido para no perder la configuración un equipo que vale al cien por lo que pagas y aunque es renovado viene con una estética y funcionalidad de nuevo y con actualizaciones hasta junio del 2026, considero puedes hacer un poco más con este portátil pasando del usuario promedio, totalmente recomendable para trabajos de oficina, escuela y videojuegos. Excelente compra!!!

Buen producto, para usos básicos de computación, sistema operativo fácil de adaptar, buen sonido, buena resolución. Relación calidad precio muy buena.

Es muy ligera, el sonido es muy bueno, la imágen es muy nítida, el teclado esta en ingles, pero es super rápida, me encanto.
