Perfectly Puffed !

Bought these after seeing pani puri all over my social media, Iโm not an experienced fryer but these were really easy and so good! I made the traditional potato/chickpea filling but I also stuffed them with other foods and itโs a fun way to eat!

Fryums
Fryums textured. Can experience a combination of salt and sweet taste. But these are fryums not good for paani puri coz it's slightly thicker and textured, not smooth texture like the other puri.

These pani puri coins turned out perfect โ super crispy, fresh, and puffed up beautifully when fried. Great quality and flavor, just like authentic street-style golgappa. Definitely ordering again!
