CyberPower CyberPower CP550SLG/CP550HG Standby UPS 550VA 330W Compact

It arrived on time and in good working order. I plugged it in and waited 8 hours to fully charge the battery. Then I plugged everything I wanted to power with it. When I unplugged it everything I wanted to use the UPS for worked fine and when I downloaded the program to monitor the UPS with my computer it was easy to download and install.

Just bought two of these due to their higher ratings and while they seem well made and were easy to set up, it's too early to tell how well they work. One thing I don't like so far is the stupid beep it makes when power goes out. Like I really need that going off in the middle of the night. I don't need to be told, that's why I bought this thing to begin with. The power goes out and my security system and computer are protected. Why do I need to be awakened to be told that?

I bought this to replace my original which failed after 16 years of use. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and provides backup power to computer equipment, etc.

Buen producto la capacidad de carga es de 550VA apenas alcanza para una computadora y un par de routers. No funciona muy bien con una impresora conectada a los contactos de batería, si lo colocas en los contactos regulados sirve bien. El puerto USB permite conectarse a una computadora, muy simple la interfase y la información que obtiene, datos muy básicos que no vale la pena mantenerlo conectado. Por lo demás me parece buen producto.

Es un nobreak compacto, confiable y anque no tiene regulador si proteje de picos de voltajey de cortes de energía con suficiente potencia para una TV, un router de Internet y un Hub para control de dispositivos inteligentes. Tiene un número aducado de clavijas, en mi caso fue práctico por el costo. Tengo otro modelo de la misma marca que si ofrece regulación pero que cuesta casi el doble, sin embargo muy confiable y compacto.
