At first I thought exercise bands were only for women. I pictured myself needing dumbbells and weights to get a good workout at home. The quality of the bands is good. But the handle is small and staring hurting my hands. Other than that the product is great.When I said hurts my hands it's because I am 6.2 big hands.

I actually didn’t expect that these bands would be this good. I thought at first that this won’t be able to pump my muscle but I was wrong. Highly recommended to those who wanted to workout at home.
