Easiest way to help supplement my diet. Between advanced age, and major surgery, my nutritional intake has taken a nose dive. These little gummies are perfect, and don’t stick together in one massive clump in the jar.

Delicious. They don’t taste like vitamins. I have seen great improvement in hair growth since I’ve started taking them, and as an added bonus they give me extra energy. I definitely notice when I don’t take them and have started keeping them at work in case I forget.

The jar of gummy Vitamin B came with all contents unstuck to each other. That is a real plus in my book. They taste good. I like to combine them with my chewy Calcium fort a delightful taste.

These are great gummy vitamins and all packed into ONE gummy. It’s annoying when you get a vitamin and then find you have to take two in the morning, two at night, etc. These are an easy-to- do one gummy per day vitamin! They also do not stick together in the bottle, like a lot of other gummy vitamins, where you cannot even pry them from the bottle. They taste great, with no weird aftertaste, and make taking vitamins easier.

These Vitamins taste nice and give you a booste in enrgy that last for hours.

I recently lost a lot of hair due to surgery and was looking for a good vitamin with B's and other hair growing vitamins and this fit the bill. I was told, years ago by a well known vitamin store saleman, that biotin, pantothenic acid and inositol is good for hair growth. I have been taking these vitamins now for a few months, along with shampoo and serum to help with the problem and I can see new growth at the roots. My nails are growing strong and long, as well. Very happy with product and I love them mostly because the daily dose is not so high and for me, they are just perfect.
