Love them. Just like an improved genutrain brace.
I got this brace about a month ago. I've had knee problems most of my life. I've gone thru more braces than I would like to admit. The past few years I've settled in with bauerfeind and zamst being the main brands for my braces. I own 2 of the genutrain knee braces. The genutrain was the best knee brace I had ever used. I've never had surgery on my knee so mine is a stability issue with a floating knee cap. The genutrain did a great job for what I needed... Kept me stable and kept my knee cap where it should be. Enter this sport brace. Love it. I wish the sizing was a little more like the genutrain but I'm still good with it. It fits more snug than the genutrain but it's still Uber comfy. I wore it for a round of golf and forgot it had it on. That says something. I'm debating on getting another one. Owning 2 genutrains is what's Making me hesitate. Those are still good. Just this might be better for sports and being active. Update: I wore this brace on a bike ride today and then left it on while I ran around town. This was the longest I had the brace on... About 7 hours. By the time I got home and got it off, something was feeling weird on my skin. Turns out it was this stickier stuff that's on the inside of the brace. It's there to help keep the brace from slipping but at this time, I'd have to say that I don't like that material. My skin is red and irritated from it. It's like it gripped and stretched my skin. I think women who wear strapless bras might know what I'm talking about. It's the same stuff I've seen on my wife's strapless bras. She complains about it too. When taking it off its literally like peeling it off Ur skin. I won't modify my rating just yet. But as it stands, this basically told me not to order another just yet. Sure it doesn't slip but I'm not too fond of the reaction I'm having to the sticky stuff.

Great quality, very well made worth the cost cause they last.
I purchase a pair of these back in May 2025. They are great. I'm a plumber and wear them for support and knee protection when kneeling. I do a lot of kneeling in my trade, like 5 days a week doing plumbing service. They are still in great condition. I would not hesitate buying another pair when these are worn out.

Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support verses Bauerfeind GenuTrain Support
Just wanted to start out with the fact that Bauerfeind products are excellent and I have had great success with the use of their knee products (well worth the money in my opinion/experience and I recommend their products). I use their knee products to help my knees get through my college volleyball seasons and have found that they have helped me play through my knee problems (IT Bands and jumper’s knees). I have now used both the Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support product and the Bauerfeind GenuTrain Knee Support and want to compare the two products as both of these products are excellent, but definitely have some slight differences. 1) Size- In my experience the GenuTrain ran closer to the “true” measurements than did the Sports. The Sports Knee Support ran a little smaller than the listed measurements but still fit, just a bit of a squeeze to get them on, while the GenuTrain was pretty much spot on with their sizing. GenuTrain has sizes 0-9 while the Sport has XS-XXL, so this might allow for the closer ranges for the sizes. 2) Knit/Fabric The main difference between the two products is that the GenuTrain has a thicker knit than compared to the Sport product. The GenuTrain’s knit is a lot closer together and smaller than the Sports but this means that there is a trade off between the two. The GenuTrain keeps more heat on the knee (which I like and helps my knees when playing). The Sport keeps a little cooler due to the larger spacing of the knit allowing for some heat (and moister to escape). The other trade off is durability, thankfully I haven’t had any problems with my products but I have a friend/ teammate (who has used both products as well) that had the Sport start to rip when they didn’t have any issues with the GenuTrain (may be because the knit was larger on the Sport, or maybe just unlucky). 3) Donning Aid Personally the Donning Aid (end of the metal supports in the brace to help pull on) on the GenuTrain is more useful than the Sport. The GenuTrain has a built in loop which I find a little easier to grab and pull on than the tab type of pull built in on the Sport. 4) Weight The Sport has a lighter weight but nothing to the point that I would make my decision between the two based on the weight, both products are not heavy enough to worry about them impacting movement. 5) Ventilation The Sport defiantly has more of a breathable material (See Knit section) than the GenuTrain and has some slits in the back of the knee cap built in. Personally the heat of the GenuTrain doesn’t bother me (and I feel that heat helps my knees). Personally I would go with the GenuTrain over the Sport because of the Knit (seems more durable than the Sport). Also the price of the GenuTrain (as of now) is $15 cheaper than the Sport. The Donning Aid of the GenuTrain is also a plus over the Sport’s.

Great quality and durability
Favorite kneepad. I use it for wrestling. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but out of all of these type of kneepads these seem to hold there tightness and last the longest for me

The Best Knee Support I Have Used
The Bauerfeind Sports Knee Support has been one of the most reliable braces I have used for training. I have owned it in several colors and every one has worked great, but the all white version is my favorite because it looks clean and sharp. The fit is secure without feeling tight and the material stays comfortable during long workouts. It gives strong stability and never slips out of place. The quality is noticeable right away and it has made a real difference in how my knee feels during exercise. I highly recommend it.

It’s definitely on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it—especially knowing that many NBA athletes use it, which was a big reason I decided to try it. I wear it during basketball and other high-intensity sports like BJJ and Muay Thai. I have some mild knee pain, and this sleeve gives me great reassurance and support, helping my knee feel stable throughout training. It holds up well with regular use and washes easily—just make sure to air dry and avoid the dryer.
