These are great speakers
They are awesome speakers, the sound quality is amazing, however the quality does depend on what surface you place it on, I found a hard surface like a kitchen worktop works best. The bluetooth is utterly useless like all bluetooth, with unwanted connections and frequent disconnections, I don’t think this is Bose’ fault though, it seems to happen to them all. I did notice some sync /latency issues when connecting them to my TV, but this is not an issue if just playing music. Party mode is sweet, as is stereo mode, however it would be better if you could link as many as you want rather than just 2 speakers. Connecting party mode via the buttons is hit or miss, but the instructions do say to use the app, which works 90% of the time. Updating the speaker via the app took way too long, to the point I thought it had crashed - I'm talking many hours, but it did work in the end. Final comment, why are they still using Micro USB, why didn't they use USB-C?

Perfect for my requirements and exceeded my expectations.
High volume ability great, without loss of tone or performance. Quality of sound very good. Small, mobile and convenient that per earlier comment does not distract from performance. Battery life good and very easy to set up.

Great Sounding Portable Bluetooth Speaker
Sound quality is important to me and this small weighty speaker delivers. As expected, Bluetooth connectivity is quick and simple. Another family member was just as impressed and has also purchased one of these speaker. There are many cheaper speakers available but I would not consider any other portable speaker. Battery life is good and should last for many days. I have also used Sonos speakers in the past, these also produce a great sound but setup was not so good and was disappointed by this company when they stopped supporting the previous generation of speakers.

Great quality
I bought a small travel speaker from Bose first. Then realised I could twin it with another Bose so bought another. Not disappointed. The Bluetooth picks up immediately and it is so easy to twin it with the other speaker. ‘Party Mode’. And stereo mode. Very good quality sound. Good battery life. Tempted to get another.

Battery life is unreal
I love this speaker. I bought it to replace my old Bose sound dock that eventually died a death after 10 solid years as our go-to outdoor speaker. I was reluctant at first as this is quite small, so I was worried about the sound quality; I shouldn’t have worried. Sound is what you’d expect from Bose at this price point, but the real game changer is the battery. I can get a solid 12 hours listening to this bad boy without needing to charge, so it stands up to the most rigorous of beer sessions. It also gives you a read out of battery life every time you connect, and it blows my mind every time. I feel like I listen to it for hours, go off and do something else, then when I reconnect it’s still at 80%. Connecting is ridiculously easy, and once my phone is linked, every time I turn the speaker on to connects on a couple of seconds. So good. Only slight negative is Bluetooth range, which is just OK. Fine in open space, but doesn’t love brick walls between phone and speaker. Bottom line, when the battery finally dies (as they all do eventually) the only reason I won’t but this again is if there’s a better one available.

Decent Speaker, Overpriced
This is a good speaker really which is lightweight, has good battery life and acceptable sound quality. Unfortunately, I don't think the quality matches the price and would advise alternatives. I returned after a few days.

Bose quality as always
A fantastic little speaker. 360° sound, deep bass and ultimate quality. Packs a loud punch for its size and fills a room. If I had to be picky, it’s a tad on the heavy side - but a sign of strong build. 9/10.

Great Sound From a Small Package
I've owned one of these for a couple of years, then British Airways lost my luggage with my Bose included. I think it speaks volumes for the product that I just ordered a replacement without thinking about it. Not cheap, but a great bit of kit.
