Rubber Exercise Bands
I like these, but they're rubber bands and they expand a lot if you use pressure (which you do use). The black one is the best, because it holds its firmness the most. But to be fair, this is first time I am using bands for exercise, so I am not sure and maybe this is what I should have expected?I am having these now for approx. two months and I am still able to use them. But I think that I will have to soon order some new one, because the resistance won't be enough for me. Maybe I am just getting too strong haha.
