Not cooling
AC installed since day 1 up until now not cooling, i’ve asked the technician (amazon contractor) visited several times already and they have done every necessary things, put freon, check the pipe/hose diagnosis in every possible way why its not cooling but still not working!!! I am very disappointed with this item total garbage only. Worst thing i have spent extra money for this unresolved problem. I hope you can replace the unit and im expecting a call back from you!

المنتج فاق التوقعات وتم التوصيل في وقت مناسب جدا وتم متابعة عملية الشراء والتوصيل من قبل البائع ، البائع كان متجاوبا معي جدا
