Very pleased with our new high potency mushroom complex. All details are on the bottle. They are very reasonably priced. Sold by Nutravita which is a good top British company. I would recommend them especially if you are considering buying or trying a new brand. Good, fast delivery as usual too.

It's only 160mg per of each mushroom per 2 capsule when recommended daily dose is at least 1000mg of each mushroom to get the benefits so I think a bit pricey for what you're getting. Either way, these are pretty good, I sprinkle the powder into my coffee each morning and I think I notice a difference. Not as much as other mushroom products with higher dosage though.

Have to say one of the best Mushroom supplement I have ever bought. Feel so good after taking, although be aware of individual tolerence as their daily intake is 2 capsules a day, but each to their own. Works effectively for me and I take only 1 a day. Got complimented about my hair and skin looking better after 3 weeks consuming it. I also feel much better and more alert during the day.

I've been using this product for over a year now, it has an amazing effect on my health and good value for money.

Would strongly recommend. I love these and will be buying more. Great for energy and concentrating. Have been using for 6 months now.
