I’m grateful that sofas this nice-looking exist in this price range. Assembly took less than an hour. The legs are somewhat flimsy and the armrests are unstable. I’d be concerned if I put more than 50% body weight on one of the armrests for more than 30 seconds. It creaks when I sit on it. That being said, for how much it costs, it looks great, is functional, and comes as advertised. It’s not the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on but it’s sure as hell better than sitting on the floor. Its a great piece for your first apartment when you’re not ready to invest in something nicer. Absolutely worth it for the price alone. the overly negative reviews complaining about the comfort specifically have some seriously high standards about a 200$ couch from Amazon. Come on people, let’s be realistic. No comments on the durability, but the creakiness of one of the legs and the instability of the armrest makes it difficult to give this product more than 3 stars

I just received and assembled the Sofa/Futon. My sofa was delivered by UPS in one big box!. Assembly was straight forward but if you have a socket wrench and a power screwdriver with different sizes of Allen wrench bits it would make assembly easier than trying to use the supplied tools. I put this all together myself (70 year old woman) but needed help flipping it upright because I didn't want to put weight on the legs sideways and this is a substantially heavy sofa. The only assembly required is bolting the arms and attaching the legs. This is not the plushest sofa, and some staples around the edges show. A zipper on the back that hides the futon legs broke on first use, but this won't be seen. This sofa does sit low, from floor to top of seat is 15". A loveseat I have measures 17". But that's not a problem for my 28" inseam self. My taller son-in-law sprawled out quite comfortably on it. The seat and back cushions are attached so no alternating or fluffing. This is not an heirloom sofa but it fits my apartment, budget and style. I am pleased with this purchase. Update over time; note that if you lean against the arms, and who doesn't, they will become lose. Someday I'll flip it up and tighten the bolts.

It's a very good sofa for relaxing and comfortable.
