I ordered this and it was great quality, right out of the box. You can really tell the craftsmanship. However, I did notice that when I drank from it, the final sip was always bitter.Idk why. I’ve cleaned it thoroughly. But it happened twice. I was drinking from it, a little liquid is left sitting for a bit. Then you drink it, the drink tasted bitter. Really bitter. I returned it. But I supposed if that doesnt matter and you don’t leave your drink sitting in it for too long, then go for it :)

Bought it as a gift for my sister and she was elated at the quality and design.

Unfortunately this product is totally different and that arrived at my home. It is still beautiful I still kept it because of the fact of its beauty but totally not the item that was in the photo. The quality is great and it is beautiful. I just wished it was the same one online.

I did not give 5 stars since the cup had a minor defect, it has a tiny hole but it was fixed with silicon, other that that the product is great.
