I first ordered the Reishi through the manufacturer's website but saw that I could have it delivered sooner through Amazon. This is my second bottle I ordered along with Lions Mane from Host Defense. I have noticed that I am calmer, my mind is functioning better and my mental health has improved so I am going to stick with this. I also bought these both for my father who is struggling with cognition and hoping it will help improve his health. On a side note, I do work for a vitamin company so I am cautious where I purchase supplements from due to my knowledge of working in quality supply side of the industry.

This little wonder mushroom is awesome! it was recommended to me for speech delays. I cant start to tell on the improvement of quality of life this has offered to my child on the Autism spectrum... First, when he began to take it, he hardly spoke, he barely slept at night, and was quite sickly considering he's in daycare and gets germs from his little classmates. After 2 weeks of daily use, he began to expand his vocabulary, now after about 4 months of use he's almost fully verbal, with that his temper has improved as he doesn't get as frustrated as before because he can verbally express his needs and wants. His sleep has increased as well, for 3 years he would normally wake up 2-3 times at night and struggle with falling asleep... being that I'm a single mommy, it was tiring because I work full time, but now, he is able to fall asleep much faster, and stay asleep, the thing I thought would never happen with me. And as far as his health, I can tell you that my oldest son gets sick, I have been sick, and I'm sure his little classmates have brought to daycare quite the cocktail of germs and viruses, but he has been clear of any illnesses. I'm super happy to have found out about reishi and would recommend it to anyone. I was told to use half the capsule on a drink, but he was still taking a bottle at the time, so I used the whole capsule on his night bottle, because a good amount of it didn't come out through the nipple, and he perhaps got about 3/4ths at most. For some children it may take up to a month to see results, as everyone is different. I began to see results in 2 weeks.
