Greatly reduced cramping
I never ride without finishing at least 1.5l on a 50km ride. It has significantly reduced cramping especially during interval training or long 100km plus rides The citrus taste is great but not for everyone .. my son does not like it at all so I got him the unflavoured version. Overall I highly recommend the product.
