Beautiful light weight mirror however it was cracked

I received my mirror quickly but it was damaged- it had 7 cracks on it. I love the style so have been trying to contact for a replacement. Have messaged seller twice and not received reply. Now trying to do return and it says don’t return, contact seller!! Please can someone contact me? I really would like this mirror but not cracked!!

Lovely mirror but arrived broken . 2 panes of the mirror were smashed.

I bought the mirror a few weeks ago- the first one had a small mirror corner broken. Wrote them about the fault and got a replacement a few days later! Can’t say how impressed I was with their professionalism and prompt feedback. The mirror is very light, great quality, worth all money. highly recommend.

I wanted a mirror above the fireplace and this one looked ideal. It was much cheaper than others I had seen. I did not like the white/grey distressed look so I painted the frame completely white.

Lovely mirror - lightweight and easy to put up with a couple of screws. Well packaged so all glass safely protected. Looks great and the plastic frame looks good. The backing is not sealed around the edges but is well attached. Really glad we bought this one.

Mirror was broken would like a replacement sent please but don’t want to spend a lot on postage back any help welcome as it will cost be more than half to send back
