アイシングクリームがジェル状タイプだとたくさん入れないと黒色がなかなかでないですが、こちらだと数的入れるとしっかり色が出るので使いやすいです。

This Coal Black Liqua-Gel is my go-to for achieving rich, jet-black frosting and fondant. The color develops quickly without needing huge amounts, which means no strange taste in the finished product. It also blends smoothly without streaks, making it ideal for buttercream, royal icing, or even macaron batter. A must-have for Halloween treats, elegant cakes, or whenever you need dramatic color. Pros: • Produces deep black color without excessive product • No bitter aftertaste • Smooth blending with no streaks • Works in multiple mediums (icing, fondant, batter) Cons: • Can stain hands and counters if not careful • Color may deepen over time, so plan ahead for shade

黒の色素は、分離する事が多いのですがこちらはきれいに着色できます。 少量でよく色付きます。 チョコレートにも着色してみましたが少量のチョコなら分離しませんでした。

I was definitely impressed. My daughter wanted a black frosted cake and I was hesitant because everything I’ve tried leaves a bad aftertaste to get a true black. I mostly use homemade buttercream but in this instance I had very little time so I used Duncan Hines Whipped Fluffy White. I thought it would be fine as I was just frosting a heart shaped cake with no fancy piping work. I admit, I was so surprised, I didn’t have to use as much colorant as I thought and no one noticed any flavor difference. That’s amazing in itself. I’m sharing this so anyone home baking feels good ordering this. Even in store bought frosting it worked great. If you’re thinking about it, buy it, you won’t be disappointed! I included a pic of leftover frosting. It looks a little blue in the pic but not in real life! Happy decorating!
