The chain and the belt are really good. Been using them regularly for the past couple of months without a problem. I have only added 20kg of weight, so I can't accurately judge how good they'll anything heavier than that, but i believe they'll be good for at least 50 kg.

I've added up to 60kgs on it, and there isn't any damage, its really comfortable and a great price for a quality dip belt

Good for smaller weights/plates only,as i progressed to bigger plates the chain proved to be smaller and gets uncomfortable to accommodate more weights.

Helping me a lot with pull ups with additional weights . Only the chain could be slightly longer but still does pretty good job.

Used it 2 times wiht 20kg and it is already broken. The stitching isn't good.
