My umbrella says the base is apprx 37.5mm will this work with this base?

I assume that you mean 37.5mm(1 1/2 inches) is the diameter of the umbrella pole. This base will take up to a 50mm pole.

How high is the top part where you put the pole through, my parasol needs to be at Least 40cm deep

It is defiantly more the 40cms, I can not measure it till Saturday as it is at my allotment, but it is at least 2foot

The measurement between the bolts is 125mm cross centres (i.e. in line with the axis of the stand base struts) and 90mm diagonally.
