Don't wait, just do it.
I used these in my living room in 2023 and then did my hallway and daughter's room in December 2024. All 3 rooms, the tiles have held up amazingly. No tiles have lifted. When I applying I did no extra prep outside of thorough cleaning and vacuuming. After applying I used a vinyl roller and walked across them to make sure they were well stuck. They've had water spills and furniture moved on them with no problems. The last picture you can see how much lighting can change their appearance - those are the same tiles. They have a slight grain texture on them that makes them really resemble wood when light hits them. I ask myself all the time, why did I wait? I'm going to do my kitchen next since they have demonstrated their durability and slip-proofness. Such an easy and affordable way to make your space look like how you want it!

Superb Eye Candy
OMG. I cannot give this company and the product enough stars. I’m a DIYer. Tried the cheap easy way out laying those square tiles on top of old tiles-disgusted. I decided to remove every layer of flooring and do it right. I ordered samples which was very helpful in selecting the right color. After careful debate I ordered the cloud and the blanco. Both very beautiful colors. I opted for the cloud. FYI the Blanco is white but not a bright white. The material cut best with a scissors. Because I didn’t want to sand the buildup on the floors to smooth them out I used some adhesive to secure them in place in case the old raw rough flooring didn’t take to the adhesive on the tiles. I was being, as the kids would say, extra. But it definitely would stick securely to smooth clean floors. Love love love my floor. Oh the transition from those antiquated black and white peel stick tiles to a modern sleek finish and I found a matching peel stick transition strip from Art Deco. Onto re polishing the heavy trafficked wood floors. Thank you for this beautiful, easy to work with, amateur friendly product. I definitely recommend. HAPPY DIYing🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

OBSESSED
Wow, I’m obsessed with my new floors! I got the honey color and it is beautiful, with enough variation to be interesting but not so much that it looks rustic. I put this in my Tuff Shed office in our back yard. Easy for me to install, easy to cut, and sticks well to the subfloor. It’s stunning and looks just like the “real” luxury vinyl floors. 10/10!

Beautiful. Not as honey colored as picture.
For us, the more “tan” than “honey” was a bonus, as it better matched the cabinetry in a motorhome. I gave it 4 stars because a few of the edges did not seem to adhere well, but it could be I missed a bit in cleaning the old glue or some loose subfloor. Tip, make sure you get rid of all glue from previous floor. Mineral spirits seemed to work best for me. My subfloor is OSB. Install was a breeze. Cutting was easy with just a box knife. I did use a small roller to firmly set the planks. I wish it was 3mm thick, but did not see a peel and stick anywhere in that. Bought this product because it was the thickest wear layer I could find in a peel and stick and a flooring friend told me peel and stick is the only flooring that should be used for a RV.

Really Nice Product
I actually bought this as a temporary solution to a few small areas (small bath and laundry room) that were a part of a much larger remodel. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the material is and although it is not at the level of the remodel, frankly I could live with this quite easily. My point it is that looks great and is very worth the money- not just surprised, but also pleased that this is a great value and great look for an inexpensive floor.

The Floor Planks (6x36) are Too Thin
The Lucida floor planks are 1/16th inch thick. The flooring's underlayment must be smooth and free of debris. Otherwise, imperfections will show up on the finished floor. Also, with uneven cuts, exposed lines are revealed (see photo). The planks, however, are easy to cut by scoring with a utility knife and snapping the cut. Installation is relatively straightforward: Slowly peel back one end of the protective paper on the gluing side. Lay it down carefully, and slowly peel the rest of the paper while laying the plank down. The paper backing is thin and cheap (see photo) andnd can rip unevenly, leaving part of the paper stuck to the glue, which can ruin the plank installation while attempting to tear it out. Moreover, Lucida's customer service is not accommodating. I ran short of a few planks needed to finish the job. I asked if I could purchase additional ones without a complete box, and would throw away the rest. However, they sell 6x12-inch samples individually. Unlike the company I used for another floor installation, they graciously and generously sent me a few floor planks without charge when I ran short.

Renter friendly and Easy to install!
I bought a 36-plank pack and used half to complete the project. I'm renting and nothing can be permanent. A YouTube video recommended placing contact paper under laminate on the tile floor before installing. I had some old scraps of contact paper and it worked great. I messed up placing one tile down (after I had pretty much finished) and with a bit of force, it came up beautifully. I sealed around the tub and wall with a very light line of waterproof caulk and placed caulk strip tape around the toilet (I have little ones that miss sometimes). My kids love that that floor isn't cold anymore and love the color. It took me about 4 hours to complete. (only because my kids kept interrupting me). I used scissors and a utility knife on top of a cardboard box. It would have gone smoother with a laminate cutting tool. I am very happy with my results and would recommend it.
