Must try!!
Amazing tasting homemade ice cream made with real ingredients all you need is heavy whipping cream and milk!! So easy to make, and the value compared to ice cream it makes two quarts, We used this with our ninja Creami 13 in 1! Absolutely delicious

Tastes good, somewhat pricey
We used this mix in our dash ice cream mixers. It tastes good, but after adding this mix, the milk, and the heavy cream, I think buying Ben & Jerry's on sales would have been a better value.

Good Junket!

Something was wrong with the contents
I’ve purchased Junket in the past and it was always great. The contents of this package was yellowed and crystallized. The crystals never dissolved and it was chunky with hard bits in it. This was an after dinner treat for my kids and it was inedible.

It’s important you know how small this box is.
This is like a jello size box. I was surprised it was so small for the price. Haven’t used yet but will update when I do.

Best for lower calorie options
We purchased an ice cream maker to try to achieve some lower calorie and fat options than store-bought. We tried the Junket as well as the "other" popular mix brand on Amazon. I prefer the results from Junket, as it came out much creamier. This is no doubt due at least in part to Junket having a "gum blend" of organic Guar and Arabic gums, which I know some folks don't prefer. But if you don't mind having those ingredients they really helped with the texture. For reference we used 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup 2% milk and 1 package Junket. Turns out great. Try it.
