Great value for the price! Balloons are vibrant (lighter colors had confetti inside). Letters and number 18 were the easiest to blow up and are stunning. They have a valve and straw to make blowing up easy. Set came with lots of balloons. The number 18 was huge! This was up for days and still looks great. If you are hanging up comes with a string. Which in my opinion was the hardest to use, letters would slide together. Definitely a great purchase. My daughter loved it!
