Highly recommend for nighttime use. I use it to quiet my mind at night sometimes, and it works almost instantly. The liquid itself is definitely an acquired taste…sort of a mix between raisins and hops. You learn to get used to it, though. And for the effects it produces, this product is well worth it.

I was skeptical to try this at first. Honestly I didn’t want something that made me feel super sleepy or out of it or anything like that. The value for the money is 10/10. The price seemed a little daunting but it has lasted my husband and I over a month for the one bottle (and I’ve given some to my dog a few nights which works amazing for their anxiety too!). It makes you feel calm, like you’ve taken a deep breath. Perfect to take an hour before bed if you just want to unwind. I can tell a difference in my mood the next day when I wake up and my husbands mood. We also both have very stressful jobs and this seems to help settle down and get a good nights rest. Tastes like molasses, easy to use, great product. Can’t live without this now!

My bottles of ashwagandha have worked so well to keep my anxiety down ..I love it. But this last bottle seemed like it was all glycerin ..didn't even have have a dark brown color. Has this happened to anyone else?

The quality got worse - the color, consistency and taste changed significantly compared to what it was just several months ago. It tastes sour and greasy, not like Ashwagandha is supposed to taste. And it's "not eligible for return". I used to like Vimergy brand but I had similar issues with their lemon balm and nettle extracts - taste and quality changed.

This really helps me sleep.
