I needed a power supply with a higher amperage than most others on the market, this one works well for my project and I tested it at 6.4 amps.

After a year still working

Internal component failed after only a few months in operation and case split open from the resulting heat.

Worked perfectly using this to light my 5050 blue LEDs. Did not spark pop or cause any issues

I have plans for using this to run a 12 volt pump as part of a home made solar pool heater next summer. As it is February, I connected the power supply to a voltage meter and got 12.4V and it runs the pump in a bucket of water pretty well.
