BLACK+DECKER HHVI325JR22 Dustbuster Cordless Lithium Hand Vacuum, Ink Blue

I wanted a cordless, hand-held vacuum cleaner for a variety of small household cleaning jobs, and occasionally a bit of touch-up work on the interior of my car. I had a couple of other models (not Black & Decker) that I thought would do the job, but they proved to be very wanting in terms of suction power, and ease of cleaning and, last,, but not least, recharging. The Black + Decker Dustbuster was such a pleasant surprise. It has just the right amount of suction power for almost any small cleaning job in my home and car. It is light, easy to handle, and yet it fits into almost any space that I would need a vacuum tool. It is simple to clean, and the recharge port is on the top, which for me, at least, is the most valuable place for it to be as it makes mounting and recharging much easier than on other products. I am really pleased with the quality, features, and value for money this B & D Dustbuster provides.

Charges easy and it picks up a lot of debris. I use it to vacuum livingroom chairs, along baseboards, vehicles, and dropped food items like cereal. Lightweight and I like it a lot.

Everything is excellent except one thing: it is Only a wall mount. We really needed it to have the counter base charger. Other than solving that problem, this hand vac is super. Great suction, easy easy to use, light weight, great to have the easy to use brush attachment.

I own 4 of these...One on each floor of my home. I recently replaced the oldest one because the battery life went to 0 after about 2 years of normal use. Figured I would just put one on each floor so I then bought 3 more rather than running out of power after tidying up 2 floors before another recharge was necessary. I have 4 flights of stairs in my town home and every other day need to vacuum the stairs as I have dogs that shed. The unit works well when on a full charge and is easy to clean after use. Small and nimble enough mainly to tidy up. Not to say these are "disposable" but eventually, the battery holds less of a charge and the unit gets a bit louder as it ages...I will continue to buy this product though because it does what it says it can. Much easier than pulling out the full size Oreck to do stairs.

We use these hand held vacuums at my workplace and I knew I needed one at home after experiencing the great quality and durability of these. They are super easy to clean; all compartments remove easily for emptying the vacuum but then you can also wash the parts in soap and water before reattaching. I cleaned my whole car out using this vacuum extensively before the battery ran out at the end; so I’d say it’s about two hours of constant use in the battery life and it charges back up quickly. Highly recommend!

This is way WAY too loud, as has been reported. Since that’s a judgement call, I thought I should at least give this a try. I actually got an alert on my watch for it being too loud. My husband heard it through closed doors and he works from home. Additionally I have arthritic hands, it was impossible for me to get the receptacle off, to see if I could change the filter. I have run into this issue before, so I always try the various parts before keeping an item. It was a no go. As for returning, it has to be completely unused. When starting the return process you have to jump through some extra hoops before reaching the webpage where you print the return label. Yes, this has to be sent back in its original mailing box. So keep that until you know what you are doing. The final annoyance is they warn you to notify them of the tracking number or “your refund will be delayed”. However all you have is the name and address…so that requires an envelope and stamp. Seriously? No phone number? Can’t blame Black and Decker for that, the seller (Hearthshire) gets all the blame for trying to make a return difficult. I would not buy from them again.

I love this little vacuum. The battery holds for a couple days without charging it unless you use it a lot. I always just stick it on the charger when I’m done. I have had this for 2 years now and it’s still working as the day I got it. It is a very loud little thing and my kids complain but when don’t they complain 🤣 I have noticed it you do a lot of dust busting after dinner to pick up food you may want to empty more frequently. It gets a strong nasty odor if you do not empty for awhile. Which is probably common sense but I get lazy sometimes. The smell only occurs when you actually use the Dustbuster and are bent down by it. I would highly recommend for the price.

Very handy, easy to carry, electric charge, works upto 4hrs, mainly used for cars, washable, good pull pressure, multiple filters for different space, Must product for families with kids and travells lot.

I did a lot of reasearch before settling on this make and model. It has excellent suction. Long lasting battery, but It all depends on use. I charge mine about one every 2 weeks, but some events like a good car cleaning will use the whole battery. I read some complained the "extension" wand didn't stay extended. Those people did NOT pull it out far enough to "lock" in place. The extension wand and the fold down brush work very well. Everything is above my expectations. Even the noise is acceptable for this little powerhouse. Great for quick spot cleans. It will suck up small pebbles, I saw when cleaning my car. I only have 1 gripe. There's no indicator to say when the battery is fully charged. So when mine needs one, I leave it plugged in overnight. Lithium batteries have excellent charge management, so you can't overcharge. Manual say 16 HR charge. I assumed that was for the initial charge, but maybe for each complete full charge. This product line and design is a real winner for B&D in my opinion. Well worth the $80 Canadian I paid.

This vacuum feels sturdy and reliable, and I think this should last me a while. The suction power is strong enough for my needs; I haven't had a situation yet where it couldn't suck up what I was trying to clean. In case you're wondering whether this will work on carpets, it doesn't work as well as a traditional roller vacuum cleaner. This handheld vacuum works best on surfaces such as wood and tile floors, seats, couches, and smoother surfaces in general. The only complaint I have is that the battery life is very short. I charged it overnight to make sure its battery was full, and it only lasted for 3, maybe 4 minutes. What's more frustrating is it seems to take several hours to fully charge it. To get the most out of it, I turn it off when I'm walking to another spot in the room. I also try to sweet things into a pile when I can so I don't need to keep it on as long. This being said, I've looked at the reviews for several other handheld vacuums, and they all seem to have the same issue about a short battery life. It seems this is an issue with handheld vacuums in general than this specific one, so I'll hold onto it.

This is the best little hand vac I’ve ever used. The suction power is great and it stays charged long enough to allow me to vacuum two flights of stairs and around my kitchen island. I don’t find it overly loud, but it’s not super quiet. You don’t need earplugs or anything. It’s pretty light so it doesn’t stress your wrist end it comes with a little mount that you can screw into the wall. My last hand vac was a Dyson, way more expensive, and it never stay charged for more than five minutes. Complete dud. This Black & Decker is way cheaper and more powerful. Definitely happy with the purchase.
